Cambridge, Mass. – In a battle for first place in the New England Collegiate Conference, Lesley University distanced itself from Becker College on Thursday night, using a pair of early goals to pace a commanding 5-0 win.

Bringing the nation's highest scoring offense into the match averaging over five goals per game, Lynx midfielder Veronica Halen (San Diego, CA/Cathedral Catholic) scored her league-leading 13th and 14th goals, and senior Jenna Fralick (Woburn, MA/Woburn) tied a program record with three assists as Lesley improved to 9-3-0 on the year.
