Conway and the Hawks were in the Pittsburgh area over the weekend and are off to a 1-1 start thanks to a 5-2 win over the Chatham Cougars on Saturday.
In Friday night's game, Conway scored her first career shorthanded goal in the Hawks 3-2 overtime loss. On Saturday, Conway struck again on special teams with a power play goal while adding an assist in the 5-2 win at Chatham.
It's the second win against Chatham in the Hawks program history, breaking the Cougars three-game winning streak that dated back to 2017.
