Frank Millerick has been the Director of Athletics at Becker College since the spring of 2007. In the summer of 2018, he was appointed Vice President of Student Affairs/Director of Athletics.

Under Millerick's stewardship, the Hawks have won a combined 15 conference championships, and he has positioned all the programs to be successful both on and off the playing field. He also served on the NCAA's Division III Management Council from 2014-17.

Millerick has over twenty years of intercollegiate experience, spending the bulk of his tenure at Babson College.  As Babson's Athletic Director, he oversaw 22 varsity programs and 50 full and part-time coaches. Millerick was also the Beavers' head baseball coach for nine years, where he set school records for wins in a season and was named the 1996 New England Division III Coach of the Year. Millerick later served as the Director of Athletics, Physical Education and Health for the North Andover Public School system.

Millerick graduated from the University of Maine in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in Journalism
