LEICESTER, Mass. --- The Becker College Athletics Department has announced the hiring of Anthony Cosky as the new head coach of the women's soccer program in a release from Director of Athletics Frank Millerick.
"Anthony is an up and coming coach and I feel fortunate to have him join the Becker team." Millerick said. "He has experience at the collegiate level, as well as having time coaching women at the club level. He is very passionate about the game of women's soccer and I look forward to him leading our program."
Prior to joining the Hawks, Cosky was an assistant coach at WPI. He had previously spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Assumption College. Cosky has also coached with Fortis FC in North Smithfield, Rhode Island and has worked extensively with multiple levels with the Olympic Development Program in Lancaster, Massachusetts.
"I want to thank Frank Millerick and the rest of the search committee for having the confidence in me to lead the women's soccer program here at Becker." Cosky said. "I'm looking forward to being part of the Hawks family and building a successful women's soccer program that will compete for the NECC Championship every year."
Cosky attended MCLA in North Adams where he graduated in 2012 with a degree in Sociology.
